2006-12-18 [crowfeather]: well what I've found in my person experience with meditating is to have some soothing music playing in the background or visualizing a peaceful place that I would like to be at such as a forest or beach... and then just slowly focus on little details in that mental picture such as the sound of a breeze, birds, scents, how the area would feel...
